REFUND POLICY

At the NACOG National Men’s Ministry, we approach every event, gathering, and initiative with integrity and preparation. When you register, we commit resources, space, materials, and planning toward your participation.

This Refund Policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled so that expectations are clear and stewardship remains strong.

1. Event Registrations

  • Standard Refund Window

    • Unless otherwise specified on the event page:

      • Refund requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event date to receive a full refund.

      • Requests made within 7–13 days prior to the event may qualify for a partial refund (up to 50%).

      • Requests made within 7 days of the event are generally non-refundable.


All refund requests must be submitted in writing to nacogment@gmail.com

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Failure to attend an event

  • Last-minute cancellations

  • Travel delays or personal schedule conflicts

  • Dissatisfaction based on preference rather than event delivery


We encourage registrants to carefully consider their availability before registering.

3. Transfers & Credits
In many cases, rather than issuing refunds, we may offer:

  • A registration transfer to another individual

  • A credit toward a future event

  • Access to virtual materials if applicable


These options may be available at the discretion of the ministry and must be requested in writing.

Brotherhood is about solutions, not loopholes.

4. Event Cancellation by the Ministry
If the NACOG National Men’s Ministry cancels an event:

  • A full refund will be issued to registered participants

  • Or registrants may opt to transfer their registration to a future event


If an event is postponed, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date unless you request a refund within the specified timeframe.

5. Donations
All donations are considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, unless a processing error has occurred.

If you believe an error was made in processing your donation, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and resolve the matter.

6. Digital Products & Resources
If digital resources, downloads, or course materials are offered:

  • All digital purchases are final once access has been granted.

  • No refunds will be issued for downloaded materials.


7. Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for funds to appear.

8. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email necogmen@gmail.com

Include:

  • Full name

  • Event name

  • Date of event

  • Proof of registration

  • Reason for request


Incomplete requests may delay processing.
